Lead dock operations at Upwardor Inc in Milton while coordinating shipping, receiving, material handling, and hands-on warehouse work.
As Team Lead, Warehouse, you oversee daily dock activity and support employees as a player coach. You coordinate loading, unloading, shipments, inventory records, and safety standards. Working Monday through Friday, you connect dock staff, suppliers, and internal departments while reporting to the Manager, Warehouse, Logistics & Inventory.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee timely shipping, receiving, and material handling activities
Lead employees loading, unloading, and organizing scheduled shipments
Coordinate internal teams to resolve delays and streamline workflow
Maintain inventory, shipment, and delivery records using systems
Inspect docks and report maintenance or safety concerns
Requirements: Three to four years of shipping experience
Experience in non palletized shipping environments preferred
Prior leadership or lead hand experience
Forklift and warehouse equipment operating ability
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Bring dock leadership, shipping coordination, forklift operation, and safety awareness to Upwardor’s warehouse team in Milton.
