The Director, Pharmacy Operations Region oversees pharmacies within an assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Implement and sustain national pharmacy standards and processes
Plan weekly pharmacy store visits around business priorities
Review labour projections and task management with Pharmacy Managers
Execute initiatives,



identify gaps, and report program updates
Promote patient care services and follow up on medication incidents
Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent
Three to seven years of progressive management experience
Operational experience, preferably across multi-unit locations
Robust leadership, coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
Regular travel, often requiring overnight stays
