You will translate client and market needs into requirements, roadmaps, and commercially viable solutions. Collaboration reaches technology, sales, operations, risk, compliance, vendors, and payment partners.
Key Responsibilities: Support merchant acquiring and payment acceptance solutions
Identify enhancements through client, market, and performance insights
Guide POS, terminal, and card present capabilities
Analyze revenue, transaction, profitability, and operational metrics
Commercialize and improve payment solutions across partner teams
Requirements: Knowledge of retail merchant acquiring and transaction lifecycles
Understanding of merchant economics, POS, and payment terminals
Experience developing product roadmaps and business cases
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Working knowledge of APIs and technical integrations
Use merchant acquiring expertise, product analysis, and commercial judgment to improve FIS payment acceptance capabilities.
