3–5 years as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS, HR-tech, fintech,



or AI (we’ll consider S. based customers.
Track record of hitting quota on full-cycle SMB or mid-market deals (ACVs $5K–$50K)
EOR, global payroll, contractor management, or global HR experience is a robust plus
Strong written and spoken English
CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Contractor to start, with the prospect to convert into a longer-term full time role after 6 Prior experience selling EOR or global payroll services
Familiarity with India as a hiring market
