Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a construction management position;
Knowledge of the Architectural/construction industry;
Ability to potentially travel up to 10 - 15 % ;
Adaptable and versatile to changing business needs;
Required skills:
Computer knowledge;
Read blueprints and shop drawings;
Technical background in Architectural panels and cladding;
Ability to field measure accurately;
Order and verify materials;
Coordinate shop fabrication and installation schedules;
Coordinate work with other trades.
Salary will be based on experience. Plus you will have the option to enroll on our Heath & Dental Benefit plan and Pension plan.
