Your role as chief advancement executive includes developing a comprehensive strategy that fosters alumni connections and expands philanthropic support. Collaborating with various stakeholders, including the Board of Governors and academic leaders, you will enhance Carleton’s culture of philanthropy while advancing academic success.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee comprehensive fundraising strategies and campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with donors and alumni




Develop advancement communications and engagement initiatives
Lead a team of advancement specialists for optimal performance
Advise on institutional sustainability and external engagement

Requirements:
