Job Overview

We are seeking a physically fit and hardworking Heavy Lifter / Loading and Unloading Associate to join a food manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, handling heavy products, and supporting daily warehouse and production operations. This position requires working in a cold temperature environment and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities
Load and unload products, materials, and shipments safely and efficiently.
Lift, carry, and move heavy items as required.
Assist with the movement and organization of products within the facility.
Follow proper handling procedures for food products and materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.




Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines.
Work effectively in a cold temperature setting.
Assist with other general labour duties as assigned.

Requirements
Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a cold temperature workplace.
Physically fit, reliable, and punctual.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Previous experience in loading, unloading, warehousing, or general labour is an asset.
Must be committed to maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness.
