Aon is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Pension Administration Implementation team. It focuses on validating pension calculations while ensuring accuracy and quality in the complex configuration of pension plans. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit. The Quality Assurance Analyst works closely with internal teams and:



Reviews project requirements to ensure they are complete from a testing perspective Creates Excel spreadsheets to determine expected results based on plan provisions Analyses and documents differences between system results and expected results Monitors changes to requirements, analyzes them, and incorporates changes into test documentation Verifies actual results against expected test results Compiles and synthesizes test results and produces execution summaries Our highly collaborative team fosters innovation through ideas and the implementation of solutions that enable an enhanced digital experience for members and more efficient internal processing. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, or equivalent work experience in an analytical area Pension administration work experience, required Strong computer skills (Excel, Word) Curiosity and comfort in using artificial intelligence tools is an asset French / English bilingualism is required due to the frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
