Coordinate store development projects using NAV, purchase orders, budgets, and vendor communication across new stores, renovations, and relocations. This Project Coordinator supports Project Managers throughout multi-site retail projects, from take-offs and prebooks through shipping and invoicing. The work combines administrative coordination, procurement, documentation, and communication. You will help manage changing scopes, timelines, resources, fixtures, permits, and project records while supporting efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities
Support contract changes, schedules, deficiencies, and asset lists Track budgets, expenditures, resources, inventory risks, and progress Coordinate vendors, franchisees, store managers, and internal stakeholders Create purchase orders, reconcile receiving, invoicing,



and reporting Prepare fixture take-offs, prebooks, shipping schedules, and warehouse logs

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in business, administration, or project management One to three years coordinating multi-site retail projects NAV experience and Microsoft Office Suite fluency Knowledge of accounting principles, purchase orders, and invoicing Robust organization, communication, multitasking, and recordkeeping skills Support retail store development through accurate project coordination, procurement, NAV administration, and clear stakeholder communication.
