Drive project controls for Vista Projects through EPC schedule management, resource loading, and reporting in Calgary's energy engineering setting.
As Project Planning and Scheduling Lead, you will support project managers, estimators, engineers, and clients when required. Your focus includes developing preliminary schedules, coordinating planning activities, and ensuring engineering and procurement information is accurately reflected. You will also support cost control and project management systems, processes, resources, and tools across project phases.
Key Responsibilities: Review and adjust preliminary schedules for distribution
Interface with engineering, project management, and clients
Monitor and report schedule status throughout project phases




Perform manpower resource loading and prepare histograms
Prepare accurate project and proposal schedule data
Requirements: Knowledge of procurement, contracts, and construction management
Knowledge of EPCM planning and project reporting
Proficient with Primavera P6 software
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reporting
Ability to meet safety requirements for site visits
Bring scheduling leadership, project controls knowledge, and resource analysis to Vista Projects' engineering and construction planning work.
