This position manages healthcare architecture projects across the Greater Toronto Area, coordinating clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and internal teams. Responsibilities span project planning, design, documentation, construction administration, and completion.
Key Responsibilities: Manage healthcare architecture projects from planning through completion
Oversee design, documentation, construction administration, and final delivery
Resolve constructability challenges and technical project issues
Maintain client relationships and manage changing expectations
Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders across project phases
Requirements: Professional architecture or architectural design firm experience
Five-plus years of skilled experience required
Two-plus years of healthcare project experience required
Experience with hospitals, clinics, or medical facilities
Ontario Architect licensure preferred; relevant registration is an asset
Bring healthcare project experience, architectural delivery knowledge, and multidisciplinary coordination skills to Toronto and GTA assignments.
