Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy production AI agents with Product Managers
Expand agent capabilities from customer insights through measurement
Develop reusable orchestration, memory, evaluation, and guardrail components
Establish observability, testing, security, reliability, and cost practices




Measure agent effectiveness and discontinue low-value initiatives
Requirements: Robust production engineering experience across AI agent development
Hands-on multi-agent systems experience, including orchestration and memory
Experience integrating Slack, Atlassian products, and MCP
