Lead industrial systems programs for Amrize in Calgary, using project delivery and analytics to improve Western Canadian operations. Travel requirements are 11–20%.
Reporting to the Manager, Industrial Systems Acceleration & Implementation, this position supports systems development, implementation, and optimization. You will connect operational needs with technology solutions across product lines, sites, and technical disciplines. The work targets measurable productivity, reliability, safety, and cost improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and track industrial systems projects across operating sites
Develop scopes, schedules, risk registers, and implementation processes
Coordinate Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, IT, and Procurement




Evaluate workflows and identify modernization opportunities
Establish performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma
Approximately five or more years of relevant experience
Solid Excel, analytical, and reporting capabilities
Experience with Power BI, SQL, SAP, or comparable platforms
Willingness to travel to operating locations
Bring industrial systems implementation, business analysis, and performance tracking expertise to Amrize’s Western Canadian operations.
