Protect Rethink’s creative deliverables with bilingual quality assurance, proofreading, and technical review across video, audio, print, and digital assets. This full time role is hybrid.
As Quality Assurance Specialist, you provide the final check before agency work reaches clients, broadcasters, media partners, or the public. You review deliverables against briefs, scripts, layouts, specifications, legal requirements, and brand standards. The work spans English and French proofreading, accessibility details, platform testing, and compliance accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: Review video, audio, print, OOH, digital, and social deliverables
Verify technical specifications, loudness, captions, subtitles, and translations
Proofread English and French copy against style guides
Test links, tracking tags, animation, alt text,



and device display
Maintain checklists, log errors, and sign off deliverables
Requirements: Four-plus years in agency or post-production QA
Fluent written English and French with strong proofreading skills
Working knowledge of broadcast and digital delivery specifications
Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
Organized communicator comfortable managing multiple deadlines
Bring precise bilingual proofreading, technical judgment, and compliance expertise to Rethink’s final review process across varied creative assets.
