As Manager, EH&S;, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across offices, warehouses, work from home, field sales, fleets, and contractors. The role requires Canadian EHS knowledge, risk control expertise, and management-system experience. You will strengthen compliance, operational programs, incident response, training, and EHS culture.
Key Responsibilities: Lead EHS priorities across assigned Canadian operations
Maintain management systems, dashboards, objectives, and action plans
Control risks across offices, warehouses, fleets, and contractors
Lead investigations, audits, inspections,



and corrective actions
Deliver training and partner with operational stakeholders
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
At least eight years of progressive EHS experience
Knowledge of Canadian EHS requirements and WHMIS
Experience with audits, ISO standards, and risk controls
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
Apply EHS leadership, risk management, compliance, and communication expertise to support Johnson & Johnson operations across Ontario.
