As a Senior Engineer on the Identity Security team, you will modernize identity platforms for cloud, API, and AI-driven environments. Your responsibilities include custom workflows, event-driven patterns, enterprise integrations, and compliance controls. The position supports secure development, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
Key Responsibilities: Lead IdentityNow deployment, operation, and platform optimization
Create API-based workflows, integrations, and event-driven automations
Optimize access certifications, role models, and compliance controls
Partner with SRE, infrastructure,
and application teams
Document technical solutions and support code reviews
Requirements: Five-plus years of IAM or IGA experience
Hands-on IdentityNow workflows, connectors, roles, and certifications
Proficiency with APIs, JSON, REST, Postman, and scripting
Understanding of cloud identity and distributed systems
Experience with automation and DevSecOps tooling
Use IdentityNow engineering and automation skills to reduce manual operations across Equinix’s identity security workplace.
