As Director, Planning, Procurement & Inventory, you will connect demand planning, supply planning, tactical buying, and inventory governance. You will lead SIOP, forecasting, production planning, and ERP transformation. The function supports multiple manufacturing and fulfilment models across Trojan Technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise planning, forecasting, SIOP, and supply-plan approval
Direct master production scheduling, MRP, and shortage recovery
Manage tactical procurement, supplier delivery, and inventory governance
Lead ERP process design, testing, cutover, and stabilization
Build KPIs, standard work, talent development,



and succession coverage
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, business, or related field
Progressive leadership in complex manufacturing planning, procurement, and inventory
Experience across Make-to-Stock, Engineer-to-Order, Configure-to-Order, and aftermarket planning
Ownership of Demand Planning and executive S&OP; or SIOP
Leadership of major ERP business-process transformation
Shape connected planning, procurement, inventory, and ERP processes while improving customer service and working capital at Trojan Technologies.
