Shape enterprise applications architecture through systems analysis, solution modeling, and cross-platform implementation in large, distributed environments. Define how complex components connect.
This Senior Applications Architect defines structures, logical relationships, interfaces, and reusable components across enterprise systems. The work covers application packages, databases, middleware, operating systems, networks, and source-code requirements. You will develop, implement, and manage at least one cross-platform application while monitoring system-wide interactions.
Key Responsibilities: Define structures and relationships among applications and reusable components
Specify interfaces, quality metrics, software organization, and layering
Develop, implement, and manage a cross-platform application
Monitor interactions across components in distributed environments
Define source-code limitations and application requirements
Requirements: At least six years developing and implementing application architectures
Extensive systems analysis and design experience in large environments
Knowledge of TOGAF ADM or Zachman architecture frameworks
Practical ArchiMate or UML modeling experience with architecture tools
Integration experience spanning SOA, APIs, web services, and enterprise service buses
