As Supply Chain & Distribution Manager, you will connect demand, supply, inventory, customer, and channel information. You will lead cross-functional projects, manage distribution relationships, and translate complex analysis into recommendations and actions. The work spans planning, execution, stabilization, and transition to ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead supply chain planning through launch execution and stabilization
Integrate demand, supply, inventory, customer, and channel information
Coordinate cross-functional priorities, dependencies, risks, and decisions




Manage wholesaler, customer, and third-party logistics relationships
Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related discipline
Minimum five years of relevant business experience
End-to-end supply chain management experience
Cross-functional project leadership through completion
Robust Excel proficiency and SAP or comparable systems experience
Apply supply chain leadership, analytical thinking, and relationship management to support Lilly’s Canadian distribution operations in Toronto.
