We’re hiring a Junior Mechanical Estimator / Estimating Coordinator to support the Chief Estimator in a high-volume bid environment. This is a behind-the-scenes role focused on mechanical takeoffs, spreadsheet accuracy, and document control. Complete high-accuracy quantity takeoffs (HVAC / plumbing / mechanical scope) from BC drawings and specifications. Enter and maintain vendor/supplier quote details into internal estimating spreadsheets with strict data integrity. Manage tender document control: tracking, file organization, RFI logs, and version control.

Experience:
1-2+ years in a coordination, tender admin,



or junior estimating support role within construction (mechanical is a solid asset). a 2-year technical diploma is an asset. Technical: Advanced Excel (formatting, formulas, organizing large data sets) + comfort with PDF markup tools.
