This Speech Assistant position supports children within BrightPath Kids and the Busy Bees global childcare community. You will follow each child’s speech goals, assist with speech and language therapy implementation, and plan programming based on individual needs. The role also emphasizes communication with children, families, and the daycare team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete follow-through on each child’s speech goals
- Assist the Speech Language Pathologist with implementation
- Plan programming based on each child’s needs
- Build relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with the daycare team

Requirements:

- One to three years’ child care experience
- Experience supporting children with diverse learning or developmental delays
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable vehicle and driver’s license
- CPR, First Aid, immunization, and health assessment
