In this leadership role, you will develop and implement creative marketing initiatives, strengthen community and member relationships, and support organizational growth through effective brand management and communications strategies. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure marketing and community engagement efforts align with our strategic priorities and cooperative values.What You’ll DoProvide leadership for all marketing and community relations activities, including market research, brand and product management, promotions, communications, and community engagement initiatives.Monitor industry trends, emerging marketing practices, and opportunities that support organizational success.Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic planning, policy development,
