Lead Claims Services in Guelph with Agricorp, using claims adjudication expertise and analytical judgment in a full-time office setting. Support Ontario agriculture programs.

As Team Leader, Claims Services, you will guide adjudicators determining payments across Agricorp’s programs. You will report to the Manager, Claims Services and partner with the leadership team. The work combines coaching, financial reviews, operational improvement, and complex claims support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide daily guidance and direction to Claims team members
- Conduct evaluations, feedback, coaching, and timely performance interventions
- Resolve escalated, sensitive, and high-risk claims situations
- Review complex payment files with Claims Specialists
- Develop processes, procedures,



and contingency plans

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree in business, finance, agriculture, or related field
- Minimum five years’ claims adjudication or insurance claims experience
- Two to three years’ team leadership or coaching experience
- Experience managing resources, schedules, goals, and business changes
- Robust analytical, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills
