Maintain a residential property in the GTA as a Live-In Building Superintendent, using hands-on repairs and dependable resident service. Support daily operations closely with the assigned Property Manager. Larlyn seeks an experienced superintendent for a well-maintained residential building. You will keep common areas clean, safe, and well-run while handling routine maintenance, inspections, work orders, and resident requests. The role also includes suite turnover, documentation, contractor access, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect buildings, common areas, and exterior property regularly Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry,



and drywall repairs Respond promptly to resident requests and complete work orders Prepare suites for turnovers, move-ins, and move-outs Follow emergency, fire safety, and incident-reporting procedures

Requirements:
Significant building superintendent or residential maintenance experience Strong general maintenance and repair skills Solid customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Bring dependable maintenance, resident service, and emergency response skills to Larlyn’s GTA residential property operations.
