EXP seeks a Civil Project Engineer or Project Manager with five to seven-plus years of relevant experience. The work covers medium to large-scale land, site development, and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project controls, and advance your client contact capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage projects across southern Ontario
Control project scope, budgets, and schedules
Coordinate design engineers, drafters, surveyors, and inspectors
Develop relationships with clients and agencies
Oversee municipal, provincial, and federal approvals
Requirements: Relevant engineering degree or diploma
Ontario P.Eng. or C.E.T. license
Five to seven-plus years of relevant experience
Stormwater management and site servicing knowledge
AutoCAD experience; Civil 3D is an asset
