As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will expand Remitly’s next generation Customer Success platform. You will architect workflows and launch capabilities that improve customer and agent experiences. The work spans frontend interfaces, backend systems, and Agentic AI applications.
Key Responsibilities: Lead technical strategy for Customer Success Technology engineering
Shape architecture and technical roadmaps for software systems
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers
Architect scalable frontend, backend, and Agentic AI solutions
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Six or more years of software engineering experience
Lead experience across frontend and backend development
Experience leading large features with Product Management
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Build reliable customer support experiences through full stack engineering, technical leadership, and Agentic AI applications at Remitly.
