This Operations Manager oversees an assigned portfolio for BGIS, coordinating tenant relationships and service delivery. The work includes property management, facility operations, project management, health and safety, and emergency preparedness. The manager supports landlord and client objectives through tenant retention programs, inspections, reporting, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Manage operations, budgets, service delivery, and tenant relationships
Coordinate tenant construction, landlord work, and lease obligations
Inspect properties and complete annual building condition reports
Oversee maintenance, repairs, incidents,



and operational communications
Develop tenant engagement, sustainability, and asset management initiatives
Requirements: Minimum 10 years related facility and property management experience
Minimum 5 years leading facility operations and tenant services teams
Experience managing multi-tenant properties and retention programs
Knowledge of commercial leases, building systems, and compliance
Ability to manage budgets, vendors, safety, and technical operations
