This DC Operations Planning Manager provides end-to-end visibility for short and medium-term planning across Canadian Distribution Centres. The role connects Distribution, Transportation, Capacity Planning, and other partners to align staffing, volume, throughput, building flow, and load plans. You will improve planning tools, communicate performance insights, and support operational accountability.
Key Responsibilities: Create volume and labour plans across daily, weekly, and monthly horizons
Coordinate strategies with distribution and transportation leadership teams
Improve forecasting models and planning tools




Develop regular reports identifying KPI trends and improvement areas
Educate leadership on planning processes, tools, and resources
Requirements: Five years of progressive experience in supply chain
Experience with forecasting and warehouse systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns
Finance fundamentals for budgets and cost forecasting
Bring forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional planning expertise to strengthen throughput, capacity, and performance for Canadian distribution operations.
