As Regional Lead for North-Western Canada, you will shape strategy, strengthen partnerships, and guide complex hydropower and dam projects. The position supports business development, client engagement, and resilient energy infrastructure across the region. Your engineering expertise will inform project delivery and national growth plans.
Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic business development initiatives across Western Canada
Strengthen relationships with utilities and dam owners
Coordinate pursuits, proposals, and multidisciplinary client presentations
Direct major projects as Project Director or Program Manager




Build regional resources, recruitment, engagement, and career development
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
At least 15 years of hydropower or dams expertise
Business development success in Canada's hydropower and dams sector
Registered or eligible for registration as a P.Eng.
Ability to travel 10–20% within North and Western Canada
Guide WSP's regional hydropower strategy through technical leadership, client partnerships, and major dam project delivery.
