Own Payments product quality at Flinks through test strategy, release sign-off, and production monitoring across Canada’s financial infrastructure.
This product quality and ownership role supports standard Payments products, including EFT, Interac, and Guaranteed EFT. You will prioritize backlog items, define requirements, and guide integrations. The work supports reliable, compliant money movement for banks, credit unions, and fintechs.
Key Responsibilities: Prioritize Payments bugs, risks, and product improvements
Write product requirements and acceptance criteria
Lead regression testing and release sign-off
Monitor payment alerts and follow up incidents
Guide standard Payments client integrations
Requirements: At least five years in product quality or ownership
Knowledge of payment rails, fund flows, and settlement
Experience owning releases for production systems
Ability to identify recurring defects and root causes
Comfort leading all scrum ceremonies
Bring Payments expertise, quality ownership, and explicit communication to Flinks’ product, engineering, implementation, and client teams.
