As a senior technology operations professional, you will maintain secure, available, and well-supported systems across multiple locations. The portfolio includes cybersecurity tools, networks, servers, cloud services, enterprise platforms, and business applications. The work also includes disaster recovery capabilities and complex incident escalation.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain secure and available technology services
Coordinate with stakeholders, providers, and front-line support
Resolve infrastructure, platform, security, and application incidents
Configure and maintain server infrastructure across environments




Monitor cybersecurity protections for devices, networks, and data
Requirements: Five or more years of progressively responsible IT experience
Education in information technology, computer science, or related discipline
