As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own features from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. You will work across Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL. The work supports Workforce Management, Customer Experience, and operational business processes. Experience with WFM, CX, or contact center solutions is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain scalable Java and Spring Boot backend services
Build responsive React and TypeScript web applications
Develop REST APIs with clear OpenAPI and Swagger contracts
Design microservices using object-oriented and event-driven patterns
Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance
Requirements: Six or more years of full-stack software development experience
Strong hands-on Java and Spring technology experience
Experience with REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing
Robust SQL and PostgreSQL data modeling skills
Experience supporting cloud-based and containerized applications
