Oversee industrial powerline projects through field planning, safety management, and system turnover. The site-based role may include rotational shifts by project location.
Ledcor’s Superintendent leads construction execution while coordinating project staff, contractors, tradespeople, and subtrades. You will ensure work follows approved plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards. Experience with industrial, oil and gas, or mining projects is an asset for this position.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement agreed field project plans
Delegate work to field staff and tradespeople
Manage subtrade safety and performance
Review invoices against field purchase orders
Prepare field change orders when requested
Requirements: Certified Journeyperson Powerline Technician
15-plus years in powerline construction
Five-plus years as a superintendent
Industrial, oil and gas, or mining experience
Ability to interpret industrial documents and protect owner interests
Bring industrial construction experience, powerline expertise, and safety-focused supervision to Ledcor’s project delivery teams.
