You will guide partner ecosystems, technical onboarding frameworks, and end-to-end technology rollouts. The work includes payment systems, ticketing systems, automated access or fare collection, and web service integrations.
Key Responsibilities: Guide engineering teams through specifications, documentation, testing, and deployment
Establish API agreements, billing mechanisms, and reconciliation workflows
Coordinate field trials across fare gates and access points
Maintain plans, risks, dependencies,



and executive progress updates
Evaluate and onboard partners into the digital transit ecosystem
Requirements: Several years delivering complex infrastructure and integration projects
Recent project management experience leading technology rollouts
Experience with payment, ticketing, or fare collection systems
Experience managing API and web service solutions
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
