As Maintenance Manager, you will report to the Plant Manager and strengthen maintenance operations. The position requires expertise in maintenance strategies, troubleshooting, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will develop team capabilities and support production performance through structured practices.
Key Responsibilities: Establish maintenance priorities and strengthen maintenance planning
Track indicators, analyze trends, and reduce equipment downtime
Coordinate troubleshooting for complex equipment and operational issues




Implement technical training and develop team competencies
Ensure maintenance complies with safety and food manufacturing standards
Requirements: Minimum five years in maintenance leadership within manufacturing
Diploma or degree in a related technical discipline
Expertise in reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS
Experience interpreting KPIs and maintenance performance data
