The Inventory and Logistics Manager oversees logistics operations supporting organizational, production, and operational needs. You will coordinate sourcing, purchasing, receiving, material planning, warehousing, and shipping. The position requires accurate records, regulatory compliance, analytical communication, and operational planning across departments.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate material availability with Engineering and Flight Operations
Oversee cycle counts, kitting, transactions, and reporting
Manage sourcing, purchasing, receiving, and material planning
Optimize inventory levels, warehousing,
and material flow
Lead personnel and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: Five to ten years of inventory or logistics experience
Solid ERP/MRP experience; Odoo and Jamis preferred
Manufacturing kitting experience; electronics preferred
Export controls, CGP, and NEXCOL experience
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
