As a Transaction Services Senior Manager, you will help organisations evaluate financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions. You will support corporate and financial buyers through the transaction process, with sector focus across Insurance, Banking and Capital Markets, Asset and Wealth Management, and Fintech. The position requires ownership of quality, risks, relationships, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Validate assumptions across buy-side and sell-side diligence
Evaluate key deal issues and strategic implications
Present diligence findings and wider deal implications
Manage client, firm, and network relationships
Monitor costs, raise bills, and improve efficiency
Requirements: Qualified experience at Senior Manager level
Technical and analytical financial performance analysis skills
Due diligence engagement leadership and management experience
Strong professional relationship-building abilities
Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau experience desirable
