Build executive-ready business cases and benefit forecasts for CIBC’s highest-impact investment initiatives in Toronto through hybrid work.
This Senior Consultant role supports the Savings, Investments and Advice team by creating business direction before delivery begins. You will frame initiatives, establish journey context, and translate complex problems into explicit narratives for Product Owners, technology partners, and senior executives. Your expertise will also support another squad or initiative as capacity allows.
Key Responsibilities: Develop squad roadmaps, business cases, and benefit forecasts
Facilitate discovery and establish initiative framing
Define business objectives, KPIs, success metrics, and scope
Translate delivery progress into compelling business narratives




Provide advisory support across squads when capacity allows
Requirements: Seven or more years in complex initiative leadership
Background in financial services or regulated environments preferred
Ability to distill ambiguous problems into business cases
Credible executive-level communication and influence
Working knowledge of agile delivery and multi-squad environments
Use business analysis, executive communication, and benefit realization expertise to guide investment initiatives and strengthen CIBC squad execution.
