As LKSM’s senior finance leader, you will report to the General Manager and work directly with the Board of Directors. You will oversee financial results, controls, planning, forecasting, and decision support. The role includes mentoring a small accounting team and advising business leaders and partnership stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Lead month-end closing and standard reporting packages
Prepare KPI, EBITDA, revenue, cost, and inventory reporting
Coordinate annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and flash forecasting
Support capital projects and significant maintenance projects




Strengthen controls, processes, and financial decision support
Requirements: University degree in finance, accounting, business management, or related discipline
Five or more years in financial or business services
Robust analytical skills and full-cycle accounting knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel
