Own Samsara’s end-to-end Procure-to-Pay function through governance, operational controls, and cross-functional leadership across Procurement and Accounts Payable.
As Senior Manager, you will align Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, supplier onboarding, payments, and close under one operating model. You will establish service standards, oversee performance, and build a team delivering consistent results. The work includes automation, compliance, payment integrity, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Own P2P performance from requisition through payment and accrual
Establish policies, controls, SLAs, KPIs, and SOX audit readiness
Design supplier onboarding and master-data standards
Oversee payment runs, banking batches, and fraud prevention

develop, coach, and calibrate global team members
Requirements: 10+ years in P2P, Accounts Payable, or procurement operations
5+ years managing teams and managers
Experience with governance, controls, KPIs, SLAs, and SOX
ERP experience, preferably NetSuite, plus Zip, Coupa, or Ariba
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or supply chain
Lead Samsara’s P2P operations with governance, payment integrity, automation, and disciplined team development across global operations.
