As an AI Data Engineer, you will implement intelligent agents and integrate AI-driven capabilities into broader products and services. The hands-on work combines software engineering, data integration, machine learning, and enterprise application development. Collaboration spans architects, product owners, researchers, data scientists, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities: Implement agents with perception, reasoning, planning, and action modules
Integrate machine learning models to improve agent decisions
Develop reusable services, microservices, APIs, and AI components




Use and contribute to agentic frameworks and development tools
Collaborate across teams to integrate agentic solutions
Requirements: Five-plus years of professional software development experience
Two-plus years with AI/ML or Generative AI solutions
Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and agentic frameworks
Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen
Experience with cloud platforms and Docker or Kubernetes
Apply agent design, software development, and machine learning expertise to Citi’s enterprise AI capabilities.
