The Director, Business Optimization leads functions spanning Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and Device Management. Reporting to the VP, Canada Self Sufficiency Project, the Director works with business leaders to improve organizational performance. The role supports sustainable growth through strategic initiatives and transformation programs across Canada. Success requires robust business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed organization.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organizational scalability




Drive initiatives delivering measurable operational and business results
Develop performance measures, dashboards, and reporting
Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
Eight to ten years in Strategy, Transformation, or related disciplines
Demonstrated success leading organizational change
Experience working within matrixed organizations
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
