As an AI Native Software Engineer II, you direct AI agents instead of writing code directly. You develop applications, workflow automations, and basic agents end-to-end. The work combines customer problem solving, product development, analytics, and software quality across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Build applications, automations, and agents using AI coding agents
Translate customer needs into specifications and deployed solutions
Track usage and outcomes, then iterate based on findings
