This permanent, full time director role embeds AI into company workflows and data. You will select tools, build prompts, agents, and integrations, then train teams to use them effectively. Success is measured through productivity, ROI, output, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Map workflows, pain points, and data flows across company functions
Select, deploy, optimize, and retire AI tools
Build agentic workflows, automations, prompt libraries, and integrations
Partner with Engineering and IT on security and infrastructure
Train teams and measure productivity, efficiency,



quality, and cost savings
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least 8 years spanning technology and operations roles
Practitioner knowledge of LLMs, agents, coding assistants, and prompts
Proficiency with scripting, Python, APIs, integrations, and automation
Experience deploying measurable AI solutions across organizations
Lead practical AI enablement through prompt engineering, automation, integrations, training, and measurable results at ZeroKey.
