As Supervisor Business Performance & Strategy, you will provide strategic, operational, and people leadership across the Projects organization. You will lead a small professional team while developing strategic plans, roadmaps, KPIs, and implementation plans. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, economics, HR, or related field
Seven-plus years of progressively responsible planning and analytics experience
Translate complex information into executive insights and recommendations
Robust communication, negotiation, coaching, and leadership skills
Ability to lead change and manage competing priorities
