You will manage 10 to 20 mini-projects, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain structured workflows. Success requires strong process leadership, accurate tracking, and commercial leasing familiarity.
Key Responsibilities: Manage lease deals and renewals from request through execution
Own master schedules, milestones, notice windows, and contingency dates
Maintain accurate tracking sheets and IWMS records




Coordinate due diligence and structured leadership recommendations
Produce executive reports, memos, and contract logs
Requirements: Five or more years as a Project Manager
Experience managing 10 to 20 concurrent projects or deals
Commercial real estate or leasing familiarity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with lease abstracts and term sheet summaries
