As Track Construction Manager, you will deliver track renewals, special trackwork, earthworks, and related systems across railway infrastructure. The position requires contractor-side experience in heavy rail and ballasted track construction. Your work supports GO Expansion infrastructure upgrades, electrification, and contemporary signalling.
Key Responsibilities: Plan daily and long-term construction activities
Coordinate labour, equipment, and subcontractors across work fronts
Drive productivity, quality, safety, and performance standards
Manage railway equipment and heavy construction plant




Oversee quality control and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: 10 to 15 years of railway construction experience
Minimum six years in heavy rail or ballasted track construction
Experience delivering track renewals and special trackwork
Knowledge of end-to-end track construction processes
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and survey data
Use heavy rail construction knowledge, equipment management, and field coordination skills to deliver trackworks for ONxpress Civils.
