This Senior Relationship Manager role combines customer advisory, commercial sales, and disciplined risk management. You will attract and retain customers, promote banking capabilities, assess financing needs, and develop recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service throughout every customer interaction
Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies
Promote the full suite of banking products and services
Meet or exceed business targets within customer risk profiles




Refer opportunities across Business Banking and TDBG partners
Requirements: Undergraduate or graduate degree and/or 10+ years relevant experience
Robust knowledge of customer industries, markets, and competitors
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
Understanding of regulatory and operational risk requirements
Ability to build productive internal and external partnerships
Bring customer advisory, commercial sales, credit assessment, and risk management skills to TD’s Surrey business banking team.
