As Safety Chief, you will lead system safety, reliability, availability, maintainability, and assurance activities across transit projects. The senior position includes RAMS strategies, hazard analysis, safety cases, and lifecycle deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Develop RAMS and system assurance programs for major light rail projects
Direct RAMS plans, safety plans, strategies, and technical documentation
Oversee hazard identification, risk assessment, mitigation, and safety verification
Lead RAMS analyses including PHA, IHA, SHA,



FHA, FMECA, and FTA
Mentor specialists while engaging clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Ontario Professional Engineer designation
More than 10 years of engineering experience
Extensive railway RAMS engineering and systems assurance experience
Robust leadership, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
