Lead fraud strategy for Remitly’s new initiatives through AI, risk assessment, and control delivery. This hybrid role works onsite Tuesday through Thursday.
As Senior Manager, Fraud Strategy, New Initiatives, you will lead technical program managers and fraud data analysts. You will define protections for recent products, payment methods, and customer origination channels. The work spans fraud, scams, and promotion abuse within Transaction Integrity.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop technical program managers and analysts
Own fraud requirements from assessment through maintenance
Coordinate controls with product, engineering, compliance, legal, and operations
Evaluate shared-service integrations and new capabilities
Respond to incidents and recommend long-term fixes
Requirements: Eight or more years in fraud and risk strategy
At least three years managing people
Experience designing controls for launches
Expertise in detection, prevention, models, tooling, and lifecycle management
Hands-on AI experience across teams
Bring fraud leadership, technical judgment, and cross-functional influence to Remitly’s new initiative protections and shared services.
